Breathwork is an active breathing self-healing practice that allows us to let go of our cyclical thoughts, release stress, and tune in to our essence (Love!)

You lie on your back and breathe two breaths in for every one breath out. I play an inspired set of songs, apply essential oils (if you want them) and burn sage and Palo Santo. I hold space for your affirmations, crying, laughing, screaming, during the active meditation to support release and revelation.

We create a safe space and set intentions before the breathing, which may include art making, writing, and sharing. We follow the active breath and integration with time for questions and closure.

Group sessions are 90 minutes to 2 hours & usually $35 per person
Individual sessions are 75 minutes & usually $100
